33+ years of distinguished leadership in engineering, large-scale construction projects, and enterprise technology across the United States and India. Educated at the University of Illinois Chicago, Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), and University of Phoenix.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE, SE) in the USA with 35+ years leading major transportation, bridges, and public transit megaprojects.

Benny Joseph Janapaksham
Benny Joseph Janapaksham is a social activist and whistleblower with a strong interest in public accountability, transparency, and civic engagement. Through his advocacy, he has worked to raise awareness of issues affecting citizens and encourage greater accountability in public institutions. As MKGA’s Public Affairs & Civic Engagement Advisor, Benny contributes his experience in citizen advocacy, public-interest issues, and community engagement to help strengthen MKGA’s commitment to transparent governance and constructive civic participation.
